On November 20th, 2024, Rivet School and Ochsner Health System shared their high impact partnership model that has supported upskilling employees from entry-level roles to management and specialist roles in patient care and administration. Thus far, this model has led to a 100% employee retention rate and 25% average increase in earnings for graduates of the program.

Ochsner Health System, the Gulf South’s largest non-profit healthcare provider, operates 46 hospitals and more than 370 care centers.
