This meeting will focus on healthcare career pathways. Agenda includes:

• Presentation of Women Employed’s qualitative research project on Healthcare Career Pathways. The team interviewed 44 Chicagoland women who began their careers in frontline healthcare positions and later advanced into higher wage roles. Their findings illustrate common themes in the women’s career advancement stories, and culminate in a variety of recommendations for hospitals, clinics, education providers, and other stakeholders to increase equitable access to opportunities.
