December 2025 Quarterly Meeting

Please join us for the last quarterly meeting of 2025! Agenda includes:

  • Re-cap of our 2025 accomplishments.
  • Report-out on our Chicagoland Respiratory Therapy Workforce Summit, which brought together over 100 leaders to examine the shortage of respiratory therapists and develop strategies to increase the number of respiratory therapists in our region through collaborative working groups.
  • Report-out on the Equitable Career Pathways grant project led by Malcolm X College, the Chicagoland Workforce Funder Alliance, and CHWC. Through the grant, Malcolm X College launched a peer ambassador program designed to support students entering health programs at the college, particularly Black men. You’ll hear from the student ambassadors themselves at this meeting, and learn how employers can support their work!
  • Opportunity to network with others in brief break-out rooms, weigh in on CHWC’s 2026 programming, and share your opportunities to partner during Community Announcements.

Quarterly meetings are open to all stakeholders invested in creating a stronger, more inclusive healthcare workforce in Chicagoland.

This meeting will be recorded and uploaded to the website with slides.
