Strong referral partnerships between healthcare employers and workforce organizations are essential to connecting job seekers with quality frontline healthcare careers. Yet even the strongest partnerships face challenges—from communication gaps and changing hiring needs to candidate support and retention.

Join CHWC and Hire Chicago for an interactive workshop designed specifically for hospital employers and workforce organizations that refer candidates to frontline healthcare positions. Together, we’ll celebrate successful partnerships, explore common challenges, and identify practical ways to strengthen referral outcomes.

Participants will:

• Learn best practices and hear success stories from both healthcare employers and workforce partners
• Collaboratively workshop common referral and hiring challenges with peers
• Build connections across the healthcare workforce ecosystem
• Leave with actionable strategies and next steps to strengthen partnership outcomes
