Learn from Ohio State University Physicians’ (OSUP) Stacie Russell about their programs to upskill frontline staff to become certified medical assistants or licensed practical nurses in partnership with Stepful. Stepful’s Carl Madi will demonstrate how they have built a training program that combines best practice pedagogies such as live instructors, peer study groups, and coaches, with the accessibility of an online, user-friendly platform. The result is industry-leading outcomes at a fraction of the cost. Through these pipeline programs, OSUP and Stepful are filling 8 vacancies per month on average, and have improved retention by 80%.
