Join us for the first in a multi-session series to learn how an Ohio system built programs to upskill their incumbent workforce to meet critical shortages, and the lessons learned along the way.

We’ll learn about Ohio State University Physicians’ (OSUP) programs to upskill frontline staff to become certified medical assistants or licensed practical nurses in partnership with Stepful. Stepful has built a training program that combines best practice pedagogies such as live instructors, peer study groups, and coaches, with the accessibility of an online, user-friendly platform. The result is industry-leading outcomes at a fraction of the cost. Through these pipeline programs, OSUP and Stepful are filling 8 vacancies per month on average, and have improved retention by 80%.
