"The biggest benefit to being a CHWC member is being able to truly collaborate and connect with other healthcare organizations in Chicago: to see the work they’re doing in workforce development, benchmark best practices, and see how each of us is addressing similar challenges. 

I’ve been able to glean a lot of insight into ways we can build up our strategy at Advocate Aurora Health. We were even able to build a collaborative program with a couple other providers and receive funding because CHWC created the space to start that dialogue. It’s an important space that we need to continue to build up as our workforce challenges evolve."
