The Chicagoland Healthcare Collaborative, after meeting with various training providers and healthcare employers, realized there is a gap between what leading healthcare organizations seek in employees and the skills future employees are being trained on.
The goal of the Education & Training Action Team is to bridge the gap by uniting a variety of partners across the healthcare industry to discuss how all organizations can collaborate to ensure current and future healthcare professionals are exceeding expectations in the healthcare field.
Becoming part of the Education & Training Action Team means that you will build relationships between educators, training providers and employers to expand hiring opportunities and create an environment that helps everyone within the healthcare ecosystem. By bridging the connection and deepening the breadth of the training opportunities with what leading healthcare organizations need – the Education & Training Action Team is leading the way for streamlined training and hiring processes within the healthcare community to meet employment needs.
